The meeting first established an on-site inspection expert group consisting of 7 provincial-level mining, geology, ventilation, mechanical and electrical specialties, listened to reports from the construction unit and evaluation unit on the construction of the project, and consulted relevant basic data, design drawings, completion data, etc; Subsequently, inspection teams including mining, mechanical and electrical, and ventilation conducted on-site inspections at Tangjiagou mining area's surface fan room, underground first mining middle section, water pump room, power distribution room, development roadway, and refuge chamber. After questioning and discussion, the expert group unanimously believes that the application materials submitted by the company are complete, and the safety facilities such as the "six major systems" of mining area development and mining, lifting system, waterproof and drainage, ventilation and dust prevention, power supply and distribution, and safety avoidance are operating normally; The mining equipment has been tested; Special operation personnel have obtained qualification certificates to work; Sound safety training, safety production regulations, and technical operation procedures. At the same time, experts conducted spot checks and inspections on the on-site safety facilities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and proposed some rectification suggestions.
